Lens Rejected

    if it doesn't give you a reason why it was taking down just reupload it, if it gets taken down again check the reason again try to resolve it, if you can not solve the issue then just comment your lens ID and wait for someone on the team to check out the issue and try to help you resolve it.

    Can you send us a screenshot and the Lens-ID please?

    Did you maybe updated the lens recently or something like that?

    There could be several reasons why your lens got rejected. It would be nice if you send the error message so we can take a closer look at it.

    Make sure you are following all the guidelines which you can find here .

  • Hi joypalnavaneeth, this has already happened to me I just reupload the lens and it has been validated.

    If the problem persists it means that your lens is not in agreement with the guidelines.

  • I dont think so... der is any issue with the guidelines. Everything is self made and top of that the mail doesn't specify the exact reason.

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
