When using Snap Camera on Zoom on Windows 10, everything works fine until I turn the camera off. When I turn it back on, the connection seems to be lost -I just get the Snap Camera logo, like when the Snap Camera is off. I tried it on several PCs and most of them seem to have this problem. Two don't, but I don't know why.

Its hard to know what the problem is here, but I might be able to help!
Make sure your snap camera is updated to the latest version available and try again, if this doesn't work then try clearing the cache on your computer. Here is how to clear cache on Windows 10:
