I setup the snap cam, it auto detects my webcam, but the video is looks like parts of it are going everywhere, and its just distorted and annoying. I know my camera is compatible because my friend has the same one and it works fine for him. I tried unplugging the webcam and plugging it back in, but it made it even worse.

I mean it sounds like a bad cable usually when you plug it in and unplug it and then plug it back in it should stay the same way even if it's bad but for it to get worse that sounds like a cable issue.
If the proposals of Samuel doesnt work, just try to reinstall the SnapCam
