Snap camera instantly closes?

    Unfortunately i dont know why it doesnt work for you, but its enough to make one Post for it.

    You made four posts in "General" for this question. Maybe it was by mistake, but i just wanted to tell you it.

  • Well, it looks like your Pc is better than the requirements meaning it should be able to run it, can you do a quick update on the drivers. also, can you open your task manager and tell me what happens or show me a screenshot of what happens.

  • I have the same issue since after 18.1

    As soon as I open the camera app, it loads, shows the application for about 5 seconds and closes.

    I have Intel(r) HD Graphics 630 and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050.

    I start the application with either cards and it crashes.

    I'd love to troubleshoot as the 18.1 application seems to not work with the newer filters..

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
