Yes it got rejected because of the iron man helmet.
I used the same iron head model too and i think its copyrighted. ( My old lense got rejected because of that too).

Yes that's copyright unless you have legal permission from the company who currently owns all rights for Iron man, you cannot use their content without consent.
You cannot use photos you find on the internet and just use them as you like, without asking permission. There is absolutely a “copyright issue,” in that use without permission is copyright infringement.
Copyright law is the same, regardless of the form of distribution or publication.
