Hi,

Is there a way to get the lens data on a more granular level? When I looked at the below screen shots it raises a lot of questions. I'm nerdy and curious that way lol.

  • YTD: I've only been doing this for about 4 months (noob alert). However, I am curious what my month to month comparison looks like. I see that I have 7 day, 28 days, and YTD option for the overall summary, but it doesn't give more insights other than that.
  • 7 day comparison - Is there a way to see peak times, days/dates? I see that there was an increase of 1089%, but it would be nice to see more details about this.
  • Individual lenses: I'm curious to know how they are progressing. It doesn't give me a % on increased views/plays/shares, but it would be nice to see if there is any movement especially when I see a spike in my 7 day data.

 

Is there another source I can use or is this the only data available?

    Hey Agirlxoxo360,

    Thanks for reaching out. That is the only data we make available to users at this time. Currently you would have to manually record the data from day to day to see variance in your statistics across time. I will add your ideas to our list of feature requests though.

    One thing you might want to know is that the per-Lens stats update roughly once every half hour and Total stats update once per day.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.

Unfortunately, it's likely due to the operating system or hardware you're using – since they don't meet the system requirements for Lens Studio.
