Certain Materials Interfering with Layers

Hi there, the first time in a really long time that I've had to use this forum, unfortunately, I'm in a bit of a pickle. Here's the problem:

Whenever adding certain materials to a Camera, it interferes with all other objects/layers. To further explain, when making a Lens involving Color Correction and then adding a graph or material such as Edge Detection (or Kira Kira for example) on top, it makes the LUT disappear or any other layers. I've tried changing cameras and also individual layers but nothing has worked! Please let me know what you think.
