So i dont know if this is true but  did snap shut down the OLC memberships and if they did then how long

    The Official Lens Creator program is still active. We've just changed the way we look for new members. If you're interested in becoming a part of the Official Lens Creator program, keep creating amazing Lenses and sharing your work with the community.
     
    Make sure to update to the newest version of Lens Studio so you'll have access to all the latest features. We just released Lens Studio 3.1 which adds full body tracking along with other great improvements.

    I don't think there were ever any rules, just create lenses have fun making them, it's like any other lens creator who makes lenses even without applying for OLC they don't care they just post for fun.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
