Alltime Views dont change

Hey Lensstudio Community,

 

Apparently iam not the only one where the alltime views are stuck. The 7 Days views , the 28 days views, and the views from each lens does work perfectly. Just the numbers of the "alltime" ones doesnt change. 

And to answer the question from Vincent Tang from another post , yes the total views is stuck in My Lens in Lens Studio. At least for me. I am waiting another 2 days as some lenses need a business day to complete review and maybe thats why the views are stuck.

I will update this post in 2 Days if the problem has gone :D

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
