NDI Virtual Input Issue

I'm having trouble connecting my iPhones camera feed to snap cam. I've done it before with no issue in previous versions of Snap Cam and I definitely have the feed coming in properly through NDI Tools and NDI HX Camera (iPhone App), I can see the feed in the NDI Tools Monitor app. I have Snap Cam set as the input for my OBS configuration and no other apps are open that use cameras. For some reason it's saying that it's being used by another app, even though NDI Tools Monitor is closed. Are virtual inputs not supported by Snap Cam anymore?

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
