Video texture not playing

Heya!

I'm working on a project that involves a series of filters, where each one relies on a pre-rendered animation which is being used as a texture. In prior versions of snap camera, I didn't face any issues with videos playing on activation, but in the more recent versions of snap camera, the videos are not being played at all.

However, after restarting snap camera or in the case for me colleague who had to reboot her machine, the videos starts playing. Is this a bug on snap cameras end or is it something that I can fix?

The videos are between 2 to 3.5 mb big, mp4's and the codec is avc1

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.

Unfortunately, it's likely due to the operating system or hardware you're using – since they don't meet the system requirements for Lens Studio.
