Can't upload any videos to Lens Studio.

Every time I try to upload a video to the Lens Studio, it always says "Failed to add resource, check the log for more information." And when I do check the log it says the video resolution must be a multiple of 16. The video I'm using is literally a multiple of 16 I don't understand why it won't let me use it in the studio.I've tried with many other videos and they all have the same problem. Does anybody know a fix to this or like a bypass or something that will allow me to upload my videos on there so I can use them in my lenses?

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
