Lens swipe up not working on some posts

Hi,

 

 I noticed lens views had a drastic drop in the past few days.

 One of the hints seem to be swipe up link not showing up on full screen lenses sometimes. I wonder if this is intentional or bug.

 The post below for example doesn't have a way for the user who views the post to swipe up and play the lens.

 

But on lenses that have a face the swipe up link works 

 

 

 

If anybody noticed drop on views on lenses that don't use the face please leave a comment.

 Could you investigate?

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.

Unfortunately, it's likely due to the operating system or hardware you're using – since they don't meet the system requirements for Lens Studio.
