Rejecting my lens after updated it

Hello 

I have an issue with my lens's that its rejected after update it and that happened with 5 of my lens's creation. I think so the problem is with my account because all issues shows when I deactivated my creator public profile and its was by mistake and I report about the problem many time but unfortunately no respond from snap support team.

please I want you to tell my how to active my creator profile again ?

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
