I got one of these notifications today too.. But I am not an official creator? Was that a bug? ^^ It's in German, but it says that my lens "anonymous" got 50.000 views.
The first person wasn't an official lens creator
It should be available for everyone.
Make sure to update your snapchat to the newest version on app store or google.
If you still dont get it, it might be rolling out slowly to people.

well when your in lens studio you obviously have to have your phone connected to your lens studio so you can test the filter. You would need to have to fix your notification settings in your phone for snapchat so you can see it when it hits trending but it dosent always give you the notification when you hit trending sometimes you have to wait and make sure your snaochat is always updated im not sure if you get the same notification on Android if you do have one then you should
Go to settings -> Notifications -> Turn on Creative Effects
Hi my name is Yara and I have an issue in lens studio that I didn't receive a message when my lens has viewed by 100k and the same for the other lenses but on the other side some people their lens have viewed just 10k or 50k and they have a notification by Snapchat telling them that! moreover, I have created a lens yesterday and its have viewed by more than 50k people and I turn on the notification creative effects and nothing happens so pls solve that problem because I can't handle that!
