3D playing Animation based on mouth openness
Hi!
I was wondering if there was a way to play a 3D animation sequence based on mouth openness. I know there is an option for this as a 2D animation through the paper head template -- a 2D animation of a mouth opening/closing is controlled by the "mouth openness" of the user.
I have an animation of a 3D character's mouth opening and closing (through a rotational transformation, so shape blending would not be an ideal solution). Is there any way to link this animation to mouth openness of the user, similar to the "Paper Head" template mechanism?
Any help would be greatly appreciated?
Hi Rhea,
Yes there is! You can use a similar technique. Take a look at this example:

Let me know if this is not what you mean.
Thank you!
