Impostors appearing on the app

Hi, I have screenshots of users pretending to be me because my lenses are very popular. They are scamming people. Please help me fight these impostors by making my account verified. It is creating confusion for your users and a bad experience. I am happy to provide screenshots of the impostors. Thank you

    Hey!

    Sadly this happened to me too a few days ago.

    You can report users for impersonating you/someone. That should take care of the problem.

     

    But you can always apply to become an Official Lens Creator!

    Simply visit the Creators Page, scroll down, click on "I'm interested" and fill out the form.

    I don't think Snapchat would just verify you because of this forum post.

     

    Hopefully your issue will be resolved soon.

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
