Does the Paper Head template have the ability to make the background of the images it uses transparent when you use the Texture Sequence? It seems to ignore any transparency that is inherit to the image. I know the slider will make the entire image transparent. I just want the image itself to show rather than the entire canvas of the image. Or is there another template that would be better suited for this type of thing?

You may just be experiencing a bug. I just tried myself to import a transparent PNG image into one of the value slots and it worked fine. You might want to make sure the images you are using are transparent and are in the PNG file format. Hope this helps.
