Help- Snap Camera flips my lens

Hi there! Very new here and I need a bit of help!

I've created my first lens with a face-binding image + text and tried it out and it seems to be working correctly on my phone and in the desktop preview, but when I open Snap Camera, lens is flipped (text is backwards!).

My settings on Snap Camera aren't on flipped screen either (and even so, this setting only flips the camera and not the lens itself).

I saw the script on the guide page to detect if Snap Camera is being used, but I'm not sure how to use this to flip my lens.

    Hi Claree,

     

    I experienced a similar problem a while back. The way to fix this is by going into the setting section in snap camera and Disabling the Flip Camera Setting. This should fix your issue. Hope this helps.

    If this doesn't work it may be the Program you are using your snap camera in like zoom or any other video call app. Sometimes they flip the screen too. So check the settings there.

    If none of these thins work i would suggest restarting your PC or re installing snap camera

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
