my creator public profile deactivated by mistake

Hello every one

My account problem is still present. Unfortunately, I try to contact many time but there is no response from Snapchat's technical support team.
I hope to find a solution to a problem. I urgently need my previous Creator Profile. The only problem is that I accidentally deactivated the creator profile. Now my account work with out the creator profile.

I just want a way to activate my creator profile again so my followers can access and use my lens designs more easily like before.

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
