Lens Stuck In Review (bug)

3 days ago I submitted a Lens that got approved. I wanted to change the preview for it so I did, and it has been stuck on review ever since. Today I checked my analytics and saw a shocking amount of new plays and views, I checked every filter. Turns out that my filter that is still stuck in review scored more than 500k plays in just 3 days, so people are still sharing and using my Lens.   • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.

Unfortunately, it's likely due to the operating system or hardware you're using – since they don't meet the system requirements for Lens Studio.
