Incorrect snap trademark rejection

Hi,

 My lens id d798d167-51f7-40a0-9dbd-88c71b53154d  does not have any snapchat imagery or use any trademarked words.

 

Reason for rejection:
This submission contains trademarks, products or brand imagery owned by Snap Inc. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of the Snap trademarks SNAPCHAT, SNAP, LENSES or LENS, or BITMOJI in your creative submission or Display Name. We are concerned that your use of these elements implies an endorsement or partnership with Snap when none exists. Please remove these elements and resubmit.     open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
