Troubleshoot in my creator profile

Like what you know when we get a creator profile,a new box added in the SnapChat application especially in the public profile and we can turn off the public profile through the settings in the application on its own.

The problem with me is that I accidentally deleted this public profile. I could not return it again. When I sent the problem earlier here, the response I got from technical support that I should log in with the same username and password and originally the account works, but only the public profile account does not work and does not appear as an addition to my account as it was the previous.

Therefore, I signed in to my account through a web browser and deleted the account completely so that I can apply the steps that I got it from the technical support in the hope of returning the two accounts together, which are the public creator profile and the regular account.

If you have another solution to my problem, I hope to communicate with me to continue designing SnapChat lenses and provide useful content in the stories to the general public.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
