hey, its pretty easy.
at first you need to find a fisheye overlay from google or make yourself one through photoshop which has a black border and a transparent circle in between
next add that image as a screen image
now for the fisheye effect you need to click on the objects panel and select liquify
drag the radius to 10.00 max and the intensity not more than 2 otherwise it looks weird. however if the liquify box is small and does not fit in your fisheye overlay then you can change the size dimensions of liquify manually. i keep x as 1.50 and y as 2.50.
