"This Lens features content that could be perceived as inappropriate or offensive to a particular group of people. This could include, but is not limited to, the use of stereotypes towards other people and groups"

That's tough when you have a game with tons of content.
I believe at least they should point out which part of the game they believe is problematic so I can fix.
