Lens completely gone!!!!!

  • You probably accidentally updated it to an empty project but this is fixable!!, if you have a backup of this project all you have to do is update the lens and it should be back up but if you don't have a backup you'll have to remake the entire project and update it again but your views should still save, if you don't have a backup in the future I suggest saving the project to somewhere and make sure you don't delete it.

    It does look like you updated it with an empty project. Thanks for the suggestion itzjustsamuel!

    Do you have your project backed up? If it was not manually backed up, you can try and recover:  

    Lens Studio records the last 5 auto saved projects. They can be found in the following folder for Macs:

    ~/Library/Application Support/Snap/Autosaves/

    or for Windows,

    C:/Users/<USER>/AppData/Roaming/Snap

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
