open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
- Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open

Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."Locate the Log.txt file right above it.

Minimum Requirements
Operating System: Windows 10 (64 bit); MacOS 10.11+
Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450 or better; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher

We can take a look at the Lens with a little more information and give you some feedback. Look out for an email from Zendesk where I will ask you for the Lens name and ID.

Upon second review our team has decided to approve one of your previously rejected submissions.
I m so happy that the team accepted one of the filers that I did. and this is like a support for me and I'm wanting to get that email. And soon ill do some explanation videos on my YouTube .

Community filter is where you upload your lens, if you received an email from Zendesk or anyone from Lens Studio support and still need help, send them your lens ID which is located here
I’m so sorry but maybe you didn’t understand me my issue was with the filters not the lenses
