So last week along with other people been gettin locked out our snapchat while snapchat system is down and I have been locked for a week and I emailed snapchat everyday and I do not know how to get in touch with them so they are aware accounts are getting locked out of no where, so I was trying to lens and it will not even let me login so i made one without loggin in and it will not let me pair to my phone please help!!! this is beyond me and only bots respond on twitter!!!

    First of all, I'm very sorry that you have such big issues and I know how frustrating it can be to be locked out of your own Account but in my opinion, emailing Snapchat / Snapchats support team shouldn't be the solution.

    The support teams of social media platforms receive hundreds of emails and inquiries daily regarding accounts and cannot answer them all at once. In addition, even for a Snapchat employee, it's not really nice to see the same person writing an email every day.
     
    I would recommend you to sit back and give the support team some time and maybe come back to it next week. :)

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
