Minimum Requirements
Operating System: Windows 10 (64 bit); MacOS 10.11+
Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450 or better; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher

This has been happening to a lot of users so just know your not the first and I'm pretty sure they're working on it

Has it worked previously? If so maybe run the Lens Studio in a compatibility mode.

Check if your computer is supported
Do you know what specs does your pc have? Maybe its uncapable of running Lens Studio.

Unfortunately your pc seems to be uncapable of running it. Lens Studio is quite the app when it comes to performance because it renders everything in real time. Maybe try another pc if possible. Have a nice one!
