Zoom and Snap Camera on Windows Integration
I tried to add the Snap Camera functionality to my Windows laptop Zoom Application (I actually subscribe to a Zoom application & don't only use the online Zoom version) but when I try to follow the troubleshoot instructions on this website, I still can't figure it out. When I go to profile picture, the only option is to update my profile picture. If I click on"Settings" in my Zoom Application account, it's a very different list of options (e.g. General, Video, Audio, Share Screen, etc.). I don't see a zoom.us preference through my windows application & only my apple laptop owners are able to use Snap Camera. None of the my friends that own Windows are able to figure this out either. Anyway, I don't see a "Preferences" option in either on the the Zoom website or my own Zoom application so I can't follow these instructions.

If there is any way to add the Snap Camera functionality to my Windows Zoom Use this would be great for future Zoom meetings/interface.
Thanks,
Mark C.

Mark,
Can you please go to Video settings for your Zoom app and check if it's possible to choose "Camera" -> "Snap Camera" here?Thank you,
