lens stuck in review!!

  • Hey emily, did your request worked ? Because I have the same prroblem

  • I've been having the same problem every time I update my lenses. I have 3 updates that have been stuck in review for 3 days now. I think it has to do with COVID-19 and the fact that the lens studio team is working from home now - the reviewing process is probably slower as a result.

  • Same issue here, the annoying thing I mostly have right now is that I have updates for my lens but can't submit them because of a small change I made in the preview. As Jen said it's most likely due to COVID-19

  • I have the same problem with 2 lenses that both got the Preview Rejected. When I made a minor tweak to the filter itself and uploaded it got stuck in review for 72 hours now.

  • It may be because of the different team working times lens studio

  • Maybe but I find it weird since I can submit and edit / reupload any other lens than those 2, and they go live within 5 minutes, most of the time instantly.
