Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450 or better; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher

How are you triggering the tween to start playing? Are you using Behavior script? If you use the "Event Callbacks" in the Button's settings, it should only be activated when clicking the button directly. If you use Behavior script, you can even just use the Touch Event and set the target as the button's background object (though this won't work as well as going through the button system the normal way). Let me know what your setup is like and I can give you some further help.
