Hello everyone! I've spent hours trying to understand why when I click 'panels' then 'scene', a face does not show up. This means I cannot fit the lens correctly (using the makeup template). I'm struggling and praying for it to work as I keep force quitting Studiolens and restarting my Mac but it just seems to be blank without a face on "scene". Has this happened to anyone? Do you know how I can deal with this? I need to get the face back so I can continue creating more lens for Snapchat:(

    Please reset to default layout as it's written here.

    Then you should select object you need in Objects panel and check that you switched to 2D mode.

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
