My lens do not work on SnapCamera

Hi, I made some lenses, but it does not work in SnapCamera on my Mac.
Is there any limitation on SnapCamera or shall I need to remove/disable some objects in the lenses?

    Thank you for your question.

    Unfortunately, segmentation from 2.3.1 might not be supported in Snap Camera, I suggest to try to do the same in 2.3

    Hi I have the same problem in windows, thought it may have been my project but just tried the template and same result.

    Have you got a download link for the older version for windows?

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
