Zendesk bug
Hello,
I noticed I rarely get responses to the emails I send to support. Is there a way we can receive at least an acknowledgement of the email being received and being worked on?
Otherwise I'm not sure what's the purpose of the support system since 99% of requests get ignored. Is that a bug?

I spend a lot of time making 3-4 lenses a day and I believe it's extremely disrespectful that when we submit issues it just goes ignored.
you know that the team might be very busy with providing new features and fixes bugs with the software, they might be annoyed with the number of emails you send
