Review improvements
Hello,
Is there any way you could adjust your review instructions? I'm not sure if the review is automated or with humans (probably a combination) but a few examples that keep popping up:
1) using the word "shark", "spider",etc or even just making a funny coronavirus lens, gets the lens rejected for:
"This Lens contains content that encourages or glamorizes dangerous behaviour or illegal activity. Lenses that glorify substance abuse or promote the consumption of drugs, alcohol, or tobacco are prohibited" or even "This Lens contains material that is not appropriate for Snapchatters. This includes offensive language such as profanity, derogatory remarks, obscene gestures, and sexual innuendos"
2) using the "snap" even if as part of the instructions telling the user to take a snap or using a ghost emoji will cause:
"This submission contains trademarks, products or brand imagery owned by Snap Inc. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of the Snap trademarks SNAPCHAT, SNAP, LENSES or LENS, or BITMOJI in your creative submission or Display Name. We are concerned that your use of these elements implies an endorsement or partnership with Snap when none exists. Please remove these elements and resubmit. To learn more about updating your Display Name please go to (https://support.snapchat.com/en-US/a/display-name). For more information please refer to our Brand Guidelines at (https://storage.googleapis.com/snap-inc/brand-guidelines/snapchat-brand-standards.pdf)"
and few more cases which causes lenses to be rejected.
3) sometimes lenses get a rejection without explanation, like the one below:
"This Lens has been removed due to a violation of our terms or guidelines. Please review our guidelines: https://lensstudio.snapchat.com/guides/submission/submission-guidelines/ and update your submission"
would be great to know the exact cause so we can fix.
4) Also would be great if we had a way to communicate with the reviewer so we can understand better which adjustment to make to our lenses.
