How do I make my own lens preview?
Hi,
Everyone who is verified for lens creators or just really good at it, i've noticed that they have their face or their own video from snapchat (with them using the filter and putting their username on it, you can tell its from snapchat because of the fonts) for the lens preview but everytime i try to add my video, it's not working??
It tells me it needs to be "720 x 1280" and "9:16 ratio" (don't know what that means) but i don't know how to resize a video? I've tried imovie but that doesnt work, i've tried making a normal snapchat video, instagram video, even tried using a online website to resize it but it didn't work & still gave me error.
Please can someone tell me what software or app do i need to get for this to work & explain to me how to do it as it's really annoying me & upsetting me, thankyou!
The 9:16 ratio refers to the width and height of the video. Basically if your video is 720 pixels wide then that is equal to 9*80, so 16*80 (1280) will need to be the height.
You basically just record your video on Snapchat, then bring it to your computer to resize. I typically use online resizers as they are often faster.

You should be able to right click the video file on your computer to view the properties, from there look for a size. Find the closest 9:16 ratio to that size and use that in those resizers. If you can't find this info just use 720:1280
