  • I have the exact same problem.

I have some lens created by Lens Studio 2.0.0, and it works in Snap Camera.

But for my newer lens created by Lens Studio 2.3, the head binding and everything else does not work in Snap Camera. Where as they are working perfectly fine in mobile Snapchat.

  • @... hi, how cna i solve this thing so? I need to uninstall lens studio 2.3 and install the 2.0?

  • I have this issue as well with the latest version of the Lens Studio software. 2.3.1, lens works properly in Snapchat, does not show up at all when loaded into Snap Camera.

  • Where can i find an installler for lens studio 2.0?

  • The problem is that the lenses created with segmentation with lens studio > of 2.0, don't work with snap camera?

Have someone a solution? The lens studio support doesn't answer, and in the discord support have no idea how to solve.

    Thank you

  • @... I am also having this issue. Has there been any update on this issue?

  • Folks,

Search by lens name is disabled in Snap Camera currently. But you still can use unlock link pasted in search field to see a lens in Snap Camera,

For Segmentation, only lenses made in 2.3.1 doesn't work in Snap Camera, for 2.3 Lens Studio lenses should work ok.

Here is link for 2.3 on macOS

  • Hi Pavel. Thanks for the clarification. It answers my ticket I opened on March 06, 2020 @ 9:18 AM

You're saying it is currently disabled. Can you tell us when this will be re-enabled?  Regards.
