My Projects Always Delete Themselves

I am getting so irritated with studio lens lately because my projects are constantly deleting themselves. I just tried to save my lens and it said it cannot save. I closed it out and now all of a sudden it doesn't exist. It has happened to almost ALL of my lenses and I can never get them back. Even though my lenses are still on my profile I have no way to edit them and update them if I want to and it is really upsetting and infuriating. I don't spend all this time on my lenses just for them to say they don't exist anymore after a few minutes or days. Please PLEASE tell me how I can fix this problem, i'm getting really tired of this.

    Can you please report it also through Help -> Report a Problem... in Main menu after such problem occured? Also could you please attach screenshot to this report?

    Do you have iCloud -> "Desktop & Documents folder" + Optimize Mac Storage turn on?

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
