Unfortunately, it's likely due to the operating system or hardware you're using – since they don't meet the system requirements for Lens Studio.

Minimum Requirements
Operating System: Windows 10 (64 bit); MacOS 10.11+
Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450 or better; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher

First add the behavior script to your project.
Then set the trigger to "Back Camera", Options -> Allow to "Always", Response Type "Set Enabled".
For the target find "SunglassesAnchor" and for the action use "Disable"
Like this:
Behavior script should be at the bottom of the objects list.
That should do it.
Hello Brandon I tried what you said it is working but its having a problem its just working on the front camera for once after i switch to rear camera then back again to the front camera it doesnt work i have to start the lens again please help

You can change the project settings so the lens only works on the Front camera.
