This Lens contains brand imagery associated with Snap Inc.

Hey mods,

I am in a pickle and really need some clarification about why my lens is getting rejected... It is a simple marker tracking lens that we are publishing for a catalog and it goes live Monday. 

 

This is the reasoning I keep getting as why it fails QC:

"The update of this Lens was rejected
This Lens contains brand imagery associated with Snap Inc. Please ensure all Snapchat logos conform to our Brand Guidelines: https://storage.googleapis.com/snap-inc/brand-guidelines/snapchat-brand-standards.pdf"

I have scoured the lens, changed the title of the lens and I can't see where I could possible be using brand imagery of Snap Inc's. 

 

The lens id is: 

85661b54-256b-493b-9147-0967284fc4b7

 

Can someone please let me out? I would be very appreciative.

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.

Unfortunately, it's likely due to the operating system or hardware you're using – since they don't meet the system requirements for Lens Studio.
