Photo Call lens marker tech
Hi All,
I discovered the photo call made by Snap team (I think). https://youtu.be/43y9EtbK8NU
Could you please explain me how you (or they) made to realize this lens ?
I know that it's a marker lens but I'm impress by the rendering and how it activate anywhere with the background.
Why the people in the camera field view doesn't desactivate the lens?
By advance thanks
Hey Laurent,
The video you linked doesn't work. Can you send another link so I can see which lens you're referencing?
Hi Ben.
Thanks. A new link for the video https://youtu.be/43y9EtbK8NU
Thanks !
Ah yes I remember this!
The marker tracking is very advanced and works very well with complex, unique images like the big backdrop on this video. I've found the tracking works well even after covering up almost half the image! Because the marker image in this video is at such a large scale, people can walk in front of it without covering a significant portion of the marker. If you look closely, you can see a slight jitter when the user walks in front, so you can just barely see how that affects it!
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thank you for your explanation Ben
i have a last question. Is it possible to make this type of lens with the weight limit of 4mb or snap break their rules ?
By the way Your video on the lens Studio chanel are very good! I hope you're going to continue
thanks !
The campaign may be very carefully tied to the command set off, and terminal window and is a essential issue to what we're seeking to obtain for the robotic blog. Does that pose any technical limitations?
