I want to design a lens that contains an obj that the user can zoom in and out or change the location of the obj
For example I have an obj (Minnie Mickey Mouse)
I want the user while using the lens can move (Minnie Mickey Mouse)
I have a similar lens from another designer if you want to attach the link just tell me
I want details because I don't have much background on lens design

Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450 or better; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher
