Lens Studio does not open

  • This means that you have other Lens Studio windows which is already opened. If you don't see it, try to open Task Manager and locate Lens Studio here and force close. Then you can try to open Lens Studio open more time.

  • Hello,

    I'm running Windows 10 and meet all the requirements for Lens Studio, but when I try to open it, it doesn't open. There's no error, no nothing. I finally go see if it runs in my task manager, it's not running under programs, but it is running under processes, but eventually disappears.

    Please help me.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
