How to enable a texture slowly

  • Yes, you should do it using tweens. I believe the tween alpha will work. This will fade it in.

On your behavior script set the response type to run tween, the target object will be the object holding the tween alpha component and the name is the name you set on the tween alpha component.

  • Thanks for the response Apoc

I have the face mask being enabled on touch , and the tween alpha is fading it in when it is enabled, but i have a problem

The facemask is fully visible for a fraction of a second before it begins to fade in. How do i correct this?

  • Hi Loupis,

I assume that you used the AlphaTween by setting the Tween Values: "from" AND "to" ?!

here you should rather go only for the option "to" and at the same time set the alpha Value of your facemask to "0" as the initial state.
