  • I figured out what was causing it on my system. In the windows display settings the scale and layout was set to 150%. Setting it to 100% fixed the issue, but I can see why 150% is recommended.

  • yes i saw nd i also faced this issue when i bought my forst laptop and on tht time its very similar issue occurred in it but i took guidance about what is the best laptop for the lens studio here visithere and see the best advise.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
