Happy creating!
Snapchat changes the lenses on their carousel often. Sometimes they come back around, so keep checking. In the meantime, another OLC, Ben, has a similar lens, although it's not identical.

Hi Taylor Costa,
ayoung5555 is correct - we routinely change Snap's Lenses on the carousel. You can try out Ben's Lens, and we also encourage you to download Lens Studio and try to create a similar Lens yourself!
If you decide to create your own, we encourage posting any questions you have in the forum and the community can help you out!
Cheers,
Neha

It's called Neon Lines
If you are talking about the Neon filter that chages you face to neon lines you can find it from below website. https://avastips.com/apps/snapchat-neon-filter/
Very Impressive I tried it and it worked very nicely I am also working on a similar project you can check here for details.
