No Stats

I've reached out to support via email but no response. I'm not getting any stats for my lens Lens id # f4698388-6494-4fa1-b894-f55c23ef944d

The other lens snap code has over 400+ Views and is a floor sticker whilst this ones in a poster. So i can't see why it would have been scanned at all.

    Hi Emile, 

    The statistics on My Lenses update once every 24 hours. They need to reach a tally of 5 in Views, Scans and Shares before they are visible at all.

    Please let us know if you're still unable to view stats 24 hours after you reach 5+.

    The lens has been live for three weeks in a shop. Which incidentally has a second filter with over 400 views. This is what lead me to believe that either the stats is broken on your end or a different issue has occurred.

    Having read that stats not appearing has happened for other users I figured this may be an issue worth exploring. I’m not sure Waiting another 24hrs is going to change anything for a filter live for 2-3 weeks.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
