  • Hi Emile,

The statistics on My Lenses update once every 24 hours. They need to reach a tally of 5 in Views, Scans and Shares before they are visible at all.

Please let us know if you're still unable to view stats 24 hours after you reach 5+.

  • The lens has been live for three weeks in a shop. Which incidentally has a second filter with over 400 views. This is what lead me to believe that either the stats is broken on your end or a different issue has occurred.

Having read that stats not appearing has happened for other users I figured this may be an issue worth exploring. I’m not sure Waiting another 24hrs is going to change anything for a filter live for 2-3 weeks.
