  • Hello,

My first advice would be to edit the code out from from your post.

The one after "state". I dont know what it is for, but can be something you dont want to show someone.

Go to snapchat app, it will follow up with some instructions it says.

  • Yes,

In fact, the first time i would create a new account with my email company. But I forgotten there was a SMS verification and my number was already used for my personnal account. So, i change the e-mail on my mobile app with my company email. But when i turned back on lens studio, this message is appear when i want publish a lens

  • Hello,

For information, I have resolved the issue. You need to trash the memory folder directly on the mac library and re-install lens studio.

    Glad you figured it out.

  • Hello, can anyone explain to me how to fix this on Windows? I have reinstalled Lens Studio but this message keeps showing for some reason (I'm not sure what "trash the memory folder directly" means)

  • I have found a fix for Windows

1- Delete the "Snap" folders under the "Local" and "Roaming" folders present at "C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData"

    2- Reinstall Lens Studio
